Bluesky Health is an Ideal Medical Practice. This term describes an outpatient primary care clinic that adopts a low overhead, high technology model to deliver extremely personal care. Started by Dr. Gordon Moore of Ideal Health of Brighton over 5 years ago, this model of care has now grown to include nearly 100 other individual practices around the country. It has been featured in many quality initiatives of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, national business initiatives related to improving healthcare, national media including the Wall Street Journal, and other forums.

Our ongoing efforts to engineer a maximally efficient outpatient system with highly personal care has led to significant overlap with the principles of an IMP, and we have subsequently adopted those principles as a valid model to support our larger efforts. We are part of the IMP Cohort 4 contributing to research documenting the effects of micropractices on health are delivery and quality.
